Big trees close to the house, taken down piece by piece
Most trees worth calling an arborist for stand too close to something: the house, a fence, the neighbour’s garage, the power lines. They can’t simply be felled. The team climbs them and takes them down in sections, lowering each piece on ropes so nothing lands on the roof or the garden.
Where there’s room for a tree to land, it’s felled in one, with the drop zone taped off. Either way the branches go through the chipper on site, and the stump can be ground out too.
Great job by Ollie removing a tree for us here in Nelson. Turned up on time, explained the plan clearly, and worked safely and carefully given how close the tree was to the house. Left the section completely clean afterwards too. Fair price and top communication throughout. Highly recommend for anyone needing tree work done right.
